Red bean and tangerine peel soup

Production steps:
Step 1: take appropriate amount of red beans, wash them and soak them in water for 12 hours.
Step 2: after soaking, clean the red beans, an appropriate amount of rock sugar and a small piece of tangerine peel.
Step 3: pour proper amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Put the red beans in the pot and cook slowly over high heat.
