Sweet and fragrant -- the visible beauty vitamin C

Introduction:

"I always feel that the taste of Kumquat is like the taste of missing. It's exquisite, mellow and lovely. I can't help touching it. Once I touch it, what's sour and sweet is the fragrance that even my lips and teeth will love. It's like missing, always inadvertently open the door of that thought, so sweet and sour taste come up together, can't stop, but that wisp of sweet missing, always lingering in my heart, endless aftertaste, just like you never left, so, I decided, in this warm afternoon, with an afternoon to miss you.... "

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: pour water into the basin, sprinkle a little salt, soak kumquat for 10 minutes, clean and dry.

Step 3: cut the kumquat 5-7 times longitudinally and equidistant. The edge of the knife should not be too deep, otherwise it is easy to break.

Step 4: cut the kumquat and press it with your fingers.

Step 5: after cutting the kumquat, pick out the seeds with toothpick.

Step 6: place the seeded kumquat in a clean and waterless bottle, place a layer of kumquat and sprinkle a layer of sugar.

Step 7: cover and marinate for about 2-3 days.

Step 8: as shown in the picture, melt the sugar and add more liquid.

Step 9: pour about a bowl of water into the pot, pour in the pickled kumquat, and put in the rock sugar.

Step 10: bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer slowly. When the water in the pot becomes viscous, the kumquat is slightly more transparent than before. You can collect the juice and put it on the plate according to your preference.

Step 11: finished product.
