Production steps:
Step 1: sift the flour and sugar powder and pour into the barrel.
Step 2: add the leavening agent or yeast into the water to neutralize, and pour into the barrel.
Step 3: break up the eggs and pour them into the bucket. First, pull them evenly with chopsticks. Then start the egg beater, gear 1, stir for 1-2 minutes, turn off the machine. Step 4: take out the dough, add a small amount of dry starch, knead until smooth, let it stand for 20 minutes, knead again.
Step 5: put it in a basin, cover it with plastic film, put it in a 38 degree oven, put a cup of boiling water beside it and ferment for 40-60 minutes, or put it in the refrigerator for more than 9 hours.
Step 6: take out the exhaust, knead round again, cover with wet cloth, and ferment for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7: roll the dough flat and cut it into long uniform strips.
Step 8: take two and roll them with a rolling pin.

Step 10: pour most of the oil into the pan and heat it to 60% heat. Change the heat to medium heat. Put in the dough and deep fry until both sides are golden.
Step 11: remove and drain the oil.
