Raisin and jujube dumplings
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: blanch the fresh rice dumpling leaves in boiling water for two or three minutes until they are soft, so they are not easy to crack.
Step 3: soak in cold water and cut off the hard roots and leaf tips. It will last for a day or two
Step 4: soak glutinous rice overnight.
Step 5: dry clean the grapes and mix well in the rice.
Step 6: roll the leaves into a funnel, and put a small amount of rice material into the bottom.
Step 7: put a jujube in the middle.
Step 8: fill it with glutinous rice.
Step 9: fold the leaves from the left to cover the rice, and press the top tightly with your fingers. Long leaves along the shape of the dumplings close fold to the right. Fold the extra leaves to the left, then fold them up and press them tightly. Bind with cotton thread or brown hemp. (I forgot to take a picture. Step 10: put into the pressure cooker, add water, must not have zongzi.
Step 11: steam over high heat and cook for 40 minutes, then simmer for another hour.
Step 12: bite. It's beautiful!

Glutinous rice: right amount
Raisins: moderate
Jujube: right amount
Note: 1, rice bubble on the night more soft, easy to cook. 2. It takes more than two hours to boil in the water, and more than 40 minutes to be soft and delicious in the pressure cooker.
