Bean curd wings
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken wings.
Step 2: add diced onion and cooking wine and marinate for a while.
Step 3: cut ginger and shallot, prepare sufu.
Step 4: add oil into the pan, stir fry ginger and shallot.
Step 5: add in the wings and fry.
Step 6: decoct the wings and make them yellowish on both sides.
Step 7: add proper amount of boiled water, soy sauce, Sufu and Sufu milk, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer until done.
Step 8: add the onion to collect the juice.
Step 9: load the disc.
