Production steps:

Glutinous rice flour: 70g
Tonghai sweet Baijiu: 100g
Water: moderate
Note: if you use quick-frozen dumplings, you can cook them for a little longer, and omit the previous steps. However, the quick-frozen dumplings do not have the soft taste of glutinous rice, and many chemicals are added to the quick-frozen dumplings.
