Sanzi of Hydrangea~

Introduction:

Sanzi is a traditional food in China, also known as Hanju, Sanzi and huanbing. It is commonly known as Sanzi. Production steps:

Sesame oil: 500g

Note: 1. Do not put the wrapped oil ball into the oil pan immediately, and put it into the refrigerator to wake up for more than 40 minutes, otherwise, the Sanzi will be really loose. 2. Try to choose a smaller size of the virgin fruit, so as to save butter. 3. The thickness of the butter package should be more than 0.4cm, so that the fried ball will be more exquisite. 4. The oil temperature should be controlled at a low fire, or it will not be golden. 5. As for the winding thread, as long as you can wind the wool ball, it's easy. 6. Sesame oil and salad oil can be interchanged, but fried with incense is called a fragrance
