Porphyra roll

Porphyra roll

Introduction:

"I really want to try the random Porphyra bun, so I made this one by choosing the ingredients on the basis of tradition. I can't call it Porphyra bun, just Porphyra roll!"

Production steps:

Step 1: cooked rice.

Step 2: put it in a basin and prepare the rice.

Step 3: ingredients for rice dressing < br > all kinds of seasonings of salted chicken essence are according to personal taste. Traditional rice is only mixed with sesame oil, but I think it's too greasy, so I use some scallion oil instead. Chicken essence can't be saved for freshness. I use two kinds of white and yellow sesame to taste better.

Step 4: start bibbing.

Step 5: This is my mixed rice. It's as compacted as noodles. It feels like cake making. It's very sticky. When you eat it, you ask me if I put glutinous rice. In fact, it's made of rice. The traditional Porphyra rice is just a loose tile, but I think it's still sticky and chewy. And it's not easy to disperse. (that is, it will cost a lot of rice. A large pot of rice is rolled into a basin. One is equivalent to three bowls of rice.).

Step 6: take a recent photo.

Step 7: start to prepare other ingredients: This is white radish strip. You should marinate it with sugar and vinegar one night when you are preparing to make laver rolls. A bag of white vinegar and half a catty of sugar can touch the radish strip completely. Don't add water. You can put less salt. This is to increase the taste. The rice is salty, and the radish is sour, sweet and crisp. It's very delicious. You don't need to make Porphyra rolls, so you can eat it now.

Step 8: a large table of ingredients.

Step 9: pickled radish, because there is no white vinegar at home, with the mature vinegar, the color is not white.

Step 10: cut the fried eggs into strips and boiled crab sticks.

Step 11: there must be two things in the laver roll: cut cucumber and carrot into strips. It's better to measure the length of laver so that it can fit in the roll.

Step 12: choose sausage at will, put whatever brand you like and cut it into strips.

Step 13: if you say it's casual, you choose bamboo shoots and sausage. They are spicy. Bamboo shoots and pickled peppers are spicy, and sausage is spicy. If you don't like it, you can not put it, just to add flavor.

Step 14: there are ferns, wild vegetables, often eat healthy, also add inside, also can put Platycodon grandiflorum should also be good.

Step 15: we've finished the ingredients, and now we're ready. Choose any brand of laver. Lay Porphyra on the roller shutter. If not, roll it directly.

Step 16: spread the rice on the laver, leaving an edge for sealing. I have a thick shop. If I can't eat it, I can make it thinner.

Step 17: in addition to cucumber, carrot, white radish and sausage, which are the traditional four kinds of Porphyra rice, the rest of the things are optional, and you can add whatever you want.

I'll take some of the thick and thin Volume 18.

Step 19: then cut it into sections and put it on the plate. I rolled six pieces in total. Because the length is different, there is no correction. It looks pretty. It's better to cut it thin, so that I can taste all kinds of flavors at the same time.
