Tomato and egg soup
Introduction:
"There are no vegetables in the traditional Geda soup, but I think it's healthier with vegetables, so I put some rape this time. Before, I also put spinach, agaric + carrot, celery leaves and so on. In short, every time it's different, every time it's innovative. When I was a child, my mother used sesame oil to make pimple soup. But because I don't like sesame oil, I don't use it now. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
Step 2: beat the eggs with a little salt and set them aside. (part of them is used to stir fry the bottom of the soup and part of them is used to beat the egg. )
Step 3: slice the garlic and set aside.
Step 4: soak the rape in salt water for 15 minutes, rinse it, and cut it into filaments.
Step 5: divide the white mushroom into small pieces, rinse and control the water for standby.
Step 6: Flour right amount, add a small amount of water, slowly stir into flocculent or pimple can.
Step 7: heat the pan, pour in the peanut oil and saute the garlic.
Step 8: smell the garlic, pour in half of the egg liquid and quickly spread.
Step 9: add white mushroom and stir fry over high heat.
Step 10: when the white jade mushroom is slightly out of water, put in the cut tomato, and add enough salt (all the seasoning work is completed in this step, and no seasoning will be put in all the later steps.) Stir fry over high heat and cover the pan for a while.
Step 11: after the tomato is changed from the original block to paste, put about 2 bowls of water into the fire until it boils. (this is the bottom of our Geda soup. When the water boils, you can prepare noodles and Geda.)
Step 12: after the water boils, pour in the mixed dough lumps. In order to prevent the dough lumps from caking, stir them with a frying spoon. If they caking, grind them with a frying spoon.
Step 13: when some pimples are floating, pour in the other half of the egg.
Step 14: after the egg flower is shaped, put in the cut rape shreds. After 1 minute, you can eat the delicious pimple soup.

Note: why should some eggs be used for frying? One reason is that I prefer scrambled eggs, and the other is that the combination of scrambled eggs and tomatoes has a special flavor.
