Production steps:

Step 1: wash the beef brisket and cut it into pieces, boil the water, blanch the blood, cool it for use, peel the white radish and cut it into hob pieces, chop the green onion, < br > slice the ginger, cut the minced garlic and wash the Chinese prickly ash for use

Step 2: A. if you want to make a stew, put all the ingredients mentioned in step 1 into the pressure cooker, add some water without ingredients, cover the stove, bring the fire to a boil, wait for the air valve to blow, turn the heat down, and it will be cooked in about 20 minutes
