Stewed lamb chop and radish soup

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the lamb chops and cut them into pieces.

Step 2: spare the turnip cutter block.

Step 3: put water, scallion, ginger and lamb chop into the pot.

Step 4: bring the fire to a boil.

Step 5: wash the foam in warm water.

Step 6: add a small amount of salad oil, stir fry lamb chop, star anise, clover, scallion and ginger for 2 minutes.

Step 7: pour in 2 tbsp cooking wine and stir fry for about 1 minute.

Step 8: inject appropriate amount of warm water.

Step 9: Boil the lamb chop soup over high heat.

Step 10: pour in the sliced radish.

Step 11: put in the radish and bring to a boil again.

Step 12: transfer to casserole and simmer for 2 hours.

Step 13: add salt and coriander to taste before boiling.
