Production steps:
Step 1: main ingredients: pure carp head, fish tail, vermicelli seasoning: oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, onion and ginger
Step 2: soften the vermicelli in advance. Chop up the green onion and ginger
Step 3: heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the onion and ginger until fragrant.
Step 4: add the fish head and tail, stir fry for 1 minute, do not turn over. Successively cook vinegar and cooking wine.
Step 5: evaporate the excess water and cook the soy sauce. Add appropriate amount of water.
Step 6: put in the soft noodles.
Step 7: bring to a boil and season with salt. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the noodles are well done. Add monosodium glutamate and turn off the fire.
Step 8: take out the pot and put it on the plate.
