Yam Dagu Decoction
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: chop the thigh bone and cut the ginger slices. I like leg bones with skin and meat. The soup is thick. The skin of cooked meat is very smooth and refreshing.
Step 2: wash yam and cut into pieces. Yam shaving is wrapped in a bag and won't slide.
Step 3: put the big bone into the pot and add water to cover the bone about 3 to 4 inches.
Step 4: put the soup on the gas stove, bring it to a boil over a large fire and boil it slowly over a small fire. It will take about half an hour.
Step 5: put the yam cutting hob block into the pot and cook it well, then put it on the plate.

Yam: 1 kg
Salt: three teaspoons
