Stewed salted duck with dried beans
Introduction:
"A winter stew."
Production steps:
Step 1: soften the dried beans with water.
Step 2: cut into small pieces.
Step 3: cut the salted duck into pieces, add a little soy sauce, green onion, ginger and five spice powder.
Step 4: mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 5: heat the oil in the pan and stir fry the salted duck.
Step 6: stir fry the duck oil.
Step 7: add onion, ginger, dried pepper, star anise, soy sauce, salt, water and bring to a boil.
Step 8: turn down the heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Step 9: finally add the soaked dry beans and stew for 20 minutes. Add meijixian to taste before leaving the pot.
Materials required:
Salted duck: one
Dried beans: 500g
Water: moderate
Scallion and ginger: 10g
Star anise: one
Five spice powder: 5g
Soy sauce: 8g
Salt: 3 G
Meijixian: 3 G
Dried pepper: 10g
Note: the final stew dry beans when you must stew for a while, the taste stewed in to taste good.
