I'll share with you my practice of braised pork with preserved vegetables. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash dried plum vegetables and soak in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2: add ginger slices, star anise and water to boil.
Step 3: put the pork in and cook for 30 minutes, then remove and drain.
Step 4: seasoning juice: take a small bowl and mix it into soup, oil consumption, refined salt, sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, chicken essence.
Step 5: heat the oil in a hot pan, add the boiled and drained pork, and fry one side of the pigskin golden.
Step 6: pour in the soy sauce, add some water for coloring, cover and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 7: take out the pork and cut it into 1cm slices.
Step 8: put the cut pork skin down in the bowl.
Step 9: wash the pan, heat the oil, add minced garlic and ginger, stir until fragrant, pour in the sauce and heat.
Step 10: put in the pickled cabbage, stir fry well and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 11: cover the meat with the fried cabbage.
Step 12: steam in the steamer over high heat for about 1 hour.
Step 13: cover the steamed meat bowl with a plate, drain the juice from the bowl into another small bowl, and then add proper amount of broth, chicken essence, sugar, oil consumption, and a little refined salt according to personal taste.
Step 14: then, press the plate and the bottom of the bowl with your hand and turn it over quickly, as shown in the picture.
Step 15: take out the steaming bowl and make half of the meat with preserved vegetables.
The sixteenth step: pour in the soup that has been adjusted and boil it, then add water and starch.
Step 17: wait for the soup to boil a little thick.
Step 18: you can pour it on the plum dish and make it delicious.
