Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the materials, soak kelp for 3-4 hours, and buy tender tofu.

Step 2: fry the fish head in a hot oil pan until golden.

Step 3: add onion, ginger, red pepper, vinegar, salt, a little cooking wine, stir fry until fragrant, and then add appropriate amount of water.

Step 4: bring to a boil over high heat, add tofu and kelp and simmer over low heat.

Step 5: when it's ready, add Chinese cabbage and simmer for about 10-20 minutes, then the soup becomes white and thick.

Note: before frying fish, you can use ginger slices to smear a layer on the bottom of the hot pot, which can prevent sticking to the pot when frying fish
