Matcha pattern Qifeng cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: separate the egg white and yolk
Step 2: mix egg yolk liquid with 30g water (or milk or yogurt) and 30g corn oil
Step 3: sift in the cake powder
Step 4: mix well and divide into 2 parts
Step 5: add 5g Matcha powder to one portion
Step 6: mix well
Step 7: add 2 drops of white vinegar to the protein, add sugar in three times, and beat the egg with electric beater until it is foamed by wet hair machine
Step 8: the test method is that the chopsticks can stand upright, which means that they are in place
Step 9: take a small amount of protein cream and put it into egg yolk paste and Matcha paste respectively
Step 10: mix evenly
Step 11: add the remaining protein cream evenly to the two egg solutions
Step 12: mix evenly
Step 13: then pour the egg liquid into the yolk liquid
Step 14: mix evenly
Step 15: pour into the mold and smooth the surface
Step 16: put into the oven and bake at 150 ℃ for 60 minutes
Step 17: take out the inverted buckle and demould it on the baking net, and make the cake with Matcha pattern successfully
