Braised potato with lentils
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: tear off the edge of lentils and wash.
Step 2: peel the potato, wash and cut into hob pieces.
Step 3: remove the green pepper, wash and cut into pieces.
Step 4: slice the garlic.
Step 5: put a large spoon of peanut oil in the pot.
Step 6: saute the garlic slices.
Step 7: add lentils and stir until transparent, then add potato.
