Production steps:
Step 1: chop the spareribs, remove the tendons of beans, peel and flesh the pumpkin, and chop the corn.
Step 2: put proper amount of oil in the frying pan, heat the oil, stir fry the spareribs until discoloration, add wine and soy sauce and stir evenly.
Step 3: dilute the Northeast sauce with proper amount of water, pour it into the frying pan, and pour the spareribs into the stew together, simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 4: put a little oil in the frying pan, stir fry in the wings until discolored, and set aside.
Step 5: put proper amount of oil in the frying pan, stir fry the oil beans until discolored, and set aside.
Step 6: pour chicken wings, pumpkin and corn into the pot, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 7: pour in the oil beans and simmer for about 15 minutes until the soup is dry and the bottom of the pot is in the state of GABA but not yet paste.

Don't put too much soup, finally dry the soup and form GABA, and stew all the ingredients 4. The ingredients can be selected according to personal preference. Chicken wings are OK, but the flavor is better. 5. The seasoning can be added with oyster sauce, Douchi, etc. the flavor is richer, but my favorite is northeast sauce, and others can be added.
