Production steps:
Step 1: clean the fish head and slice the tofu
Step 2: stack the cut tofu in a bowl
Step 3: shred ginger, cut parsley stem into small sections, and prepare the leaves
Step 4: fish head on tofu
Step 5: Sprinkle with shredded ginger and parsley

Precautions: 1. Tofu should not be eaten with spinach and chive, which can form calcium oxalate that is not easily absorbed by human body and form stone. 2. Gout and high blood uric acid avoid tofu. 3. Grass carp gall has obvious antihypertensive, expectorant and antitussive effects, but bile is toxic and should be eaten with caution.
