Introduction:

"1. Peel the banana, cut it in half, and then cut it into 8cm long segments. 2. Heat 10ml of olive oil in a medium heat pan. After heating, stir fry chopped onion, garlic and curry powder for 3 minutes, then add rice and stir fry for 5 minutes. 3. Pour the chicken soup into the pot, turn the heat down, cover and simmer the rice (about 15 minutes). 4. Heat 10ml olive oil in a medium heat pan, and stir fry diced chicken for about 3 minutes. 5. Finally, put the fried diced chicken into the rice, mix well, then put in the banana section, and season with salt and white pepper
