Mini seaweed rice ball
Introduction:
"Leftovers should also be tasteful. Add some meat floss and cucumbers to the leftovers and make some small rice balls. They look lovely and taste delicious."
Production steps:
Step 1: spread a fresh-keeping bag on the sushi curtain, put some rice on it and press it into a round shape.
Step 2: spread tomato sauce on the rice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 3: add dried radish, shredded cucumber and shredded meat in turn.
Step 4: pull up the fresh-keeping bag and hold the rice into a small round cake.
Step 5: spread out the safety bag.
Step 6: stick a piece of cut seaweed in the middle.

Leftover rice: right amount
Meat floss: moderate
Shredded cucumber: right amount
Dried radish: right amount
Note: 1. The rest of my family is put in the electric cooker to keep warm after eating, so it's still hot when cooking. If it's cold rice, remember to heat it; 2. Tomato sauce is purely personal preference, which can be replaced by other sauces; 3. Because the rice is sticky, the seaweed will stick on it and won't fall off;
