Blueberry tofu balls

Introduction:

"I was forced to make Mapo Tofu, but my mother went shopping after buying tofu and broke it in her pocket."

Production steps:

Step 1: peel and mash the tofu.

Step 2: appropriate amount of shredded carrot.

Step 3: mash the tofu and add 2 pieces of shredded carrots with scallion, salted chicken powder, and mix with proper amount of starch.

Step 4: set the oil pot at low temperature and deep fry in medium heat until golden.

Step 5: out of the pot, put on a plate and dip in blueberry flavored condensed milk.

Materials required:

Tofu: right amount

Carrot: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Eggs: right amount

Salt: right amount

Chicken powder: right amount

Starch: right amount

Blueberry flavored condensed milk: moderate

Note: the meatballs are easy to be soaked in oil, so when they are shaped, they should be fried in high heat and quickly out of the pot, otherwise they will be very greasy. The taste of the sauce varies from person to person, and the original chocolate strawberry is OK
