Braised pig feet
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: first, saute the onion, ginger and garlic, then saute the pork feet.
Step 2: while frying pig's feet, we can put all the seasonings on one plate.
Step 3: then, we can pour the seasoning into the pot, stir fry a little, then add some water (preferably just covered with the ingredients), cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Add a little scallion before serving, and the dish is delicious.

Pig feet: 500g
Scallion: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Water: moderate
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Zhu Hou sauce: right amount
Old style: moderate
Soy sauce: right amount
Sufu: three pieces
Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp
Note: some friends like to water pig's feet first, but I think frying the oil of pig's feet will be more fragrant. Also, these seasonings are so strong that they don't need salt in the end.
