Production steps:
Step 1: knead the glutinous rice flour with sugar water evenly and smooth.
Step 2: divide the dough into small pieces.
Step 3: press the small dose into a flat one, not too thin, a little thicker in the middle, so as to avoid filling leakage.
Step 4: add the stuffing to the dough, not too much. Keep the dough by the tiger's mouth and smooth it out like dumplings.
Step 5: dip a little water on the small dough to serve sesame. Because there are only black sesame in my family, I use black ones, but it seems that they are all white ones.
Step 6: add oil in the pan. When the oil temperature is very hot, put the dough with sesame seeds into the oil and fry it for a while. Then it can be cooked quickly.

Note: my family only has a pan, so the final Ma Yuan is not very round, but it's still very good, ha, very happy.... Lala, Lala... It's best to use a skillet.
