Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into square pieces, blanch it in the water, and add a little salt to make the tofu strong.
Step 2: oil into the frying pan, stir fry the chili sauce and scallions until fragrant, then pour in the tofu, stir fry, add salt according to the saltiness of the chili sauce.
Step 3: add water to the pan and make it waist length with the tofu. Cover it with a small heat. Simmer and stir fry until it tastes good. Don't dry the pan. It's best to keep a little soup.
Step 4: add scallion, pepper powder and chicken essence before frying, stir well and then remove.
Materials required:
North tofu: 500g (brine tofu is better)
Scallion: right amount
Chili sauce: right amount
Pepper powder: right amount
Note: Secret: 1. Must be fresh authentic pepper, with a pulverizer into powder, the more hemp the more delicious! 2. Don't over heat the scallion and pepper, which will affect the flavor; 3. Don't add soy sauce, especially soy sauce, which will affect the color.
