Introduction:

"Although pig's feet are greasy, they are rich in bone collagen, which is very effective in keeping skin elastic."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the chopped pig's hoof several times and shave off the fine hair. Half a pot of water is poured into the pot. Put the scallion and half the ginger slices into the water. After the water is boiled, put the pig's feet down, add some cooking wine, boil them, and pick up the pig's feet.

Step 2: another pot, open a small fire, add oil, pour the crushed rock sugar into it, stir fry slowly until the sugar melts into yellow syrup, pour the pig's feet into it, turn to medium fire, stir fry quickly, pour cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, a little soy sauce, add water to continue to stir fry after coloring.

Step 3: put the spices together and continue to stir fry, add salt. After the flavor is adjusted, turn to the pressure cooker, add some boiling water, close the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to the middle heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, then turn off the fire. When the pressure cooker is over, take out the pig's feet and put them on the plate.
