Production steps:
Step 1: the peanuts are cooked, and other raw materials are soaked in water.
Step 2: saute onion and ginger in hot pot.
Step 3: pour in all the original peanuts except carrots and stir well. (see Figure 2)
Step 4: add soy sauce, sugar and star anise. Add water to the raw material. Turn off the fire when the water boils. (see Figure 2)
