Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the amaranth, blanch it in a boiling water pot for one minute, cool it, squeeze it dry, and cut it into 1cm pieces.

Step 2: put the cut amaranth segment, salt, sugar, baking powder, fine corn flour and soybean flour into the container and mix them.

Step 3: add an egg and some water.

Step 4: mix the amaranth corn flour cake dough.

Step 5: pour a little cooking oil into the pan, and put in 6 amaranth corn flour cakes, each about 60g, patted into cake shape by hand. Fry over medium heat until golden.

Step 6: turn over and fry the other side of amaranth corn flour cake into golden yellow.

Step 7: when both sides of amaranth corn flour cake are fried well, then add appropriate amount of water.

Step 8: cover the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
