Homemade pork with Taro
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the streaky pork and put it in the pot
Step 2: cook the meat until you can insert the skin of the meat thoroughly with chopsticks and take it out. Let it cool and drain.
Step 3: prepared glucose powder
Step 4: put the glucose powder on the pork evenly.
Step 5: heat the oil in the pan (my father said that the more you boil the oil, the better. Let the meat fry just a little)
Step 6: This is the finished product. I didn't shoot it because I was afraid that the oil would blow me up. (the first time I did it, I blew it up too much, but I still didn't remember my father's words.)
Step 7: slice the meat
Step 8: put the prepared taro slices and pork on the plate (one piece of pork and one piece of taro)
Step 9: steam in the steamer over high heat for 10 minutes before leaving the steamer
Step 10: pour in the seasoning.
