Pan-fried salmon
Introduction:
"I haven't eaten fish for a long time. It's very difficult to buy fresh fish in foreign countries, so I have to take the second place. Let's eat the rare fish in China, such as salmon. I bought a piece of Norway salmon about 300g in Auchan, 3.55euro, with some vegetables. I can eat and watch a movie at the same time. I'm satisfied in the afternoon of the weekend^_ ^”
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients (because we will have this meal today, so the quantity is relatively large. You can choose the vegetables according to your preference. My color is better);
Step 2: wash the salmon with clean water and peel it (although the salmon on the package is very red, there is still a layer of silver skin underneath, but it's very good to go), sprinkle some black pepper and salt, cut the lemon in half, heat it in microwave oven for half a minute (it can squeeze out more juice), then pour some on the fish and marinate for about 10 minutes;
Step 3: prepare vegetables while marinating the fish, wash the asparagus and cut it into sections;
Step 4: peel and slice carrot;
Step 5: take the pot to boil water (to save time, I cooked the water before), add asparagus section, carrot slices and appropriate amount of salt after boiling, blanch for about 1 minute;
Step 6: subcool water, add a small amount of olive oil for standby;
Step 7: peel and cut the potatoes into about half a centimeter thick slices, spread them on the plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, put them in the microwave oven for 1 minute, turn them over and continue to heat them for 1 minute (I used to cover them with a layer of plastic film, but I found that the potatoes here have more water, so I omitted it);
Step 8: when the fish is salted, slice the garlic and start frying. Take the nonstick pan and add a little olive oil (it turns out that the oil is too much);
Step 9: when the oil is slightly hot, add garlic slices (olive oil and salmon do not need high temperature), then add fish pieces and fry them over low heat (the maximum fire in our public kitchen is 9, which I used for 3). After about 2 minutes, turn over and fry for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat and sprinkle some black pepper (I really like black pepper);
Step 10: put on the plate - put on the side of the blanched vegetables, and then drizzle some lemon juice, very appetite Oh;
Step 11: the plate is not big enough, so the potato chips can only be surrounded.
Materials required:
Salmon: 300g
Asparagus: 5
Carrot: 1 small root
Potatoes: 1
Garlic: 1 clove
Lemon: half
Olive oil: right amount
Black pepper: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: vegetables really depend on personal preferences, my collocation is only for reference, but I still strongly recommend that potato chips heated in microwave oven is convenient and delicious, and it doesn't add extra calories. There is no way to make potatoes a major vegetable or even staple food in foreign countries. There are many Chinese cooking methods. I think lemon juice can't be saved. If it can't be replaced by white vinegar, there won't be Caragana.
