Introduction:

"Hanging frost peanuts, the last frost is usually hanging with starch, but invariable is not necessarily a good thing, so I suddenly came to a cocoa hanging frost peanuts."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the peanuts, drain the water, stir fry them in the pan over low heat until the peanuts crackle, then turn off the heat

Step 2: prepare for use

Step 3: mix starch, cocoa powder and corn powder evenly (no corn powder can be added, I think corn powder is more delicate than starch, I don't want to sift it)

Step 4: pot half a bowl of water, add three tablespoons of sugar, boil over low heat

Step 5: when the sugar water is thick, quickly pour in the peanuts and stir fry

Step 6: stir well, then add the powder quickly, stir well, stir for about one minute until the peanuts are clear, then turn off the heat and get out of the pot

Step 7: fry and cool
