Leek box
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the noodles with boiling water and leave for 30 minutes to 2 hours. I think two hours is better, but if you're in a hurry, let it go for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: knead the dough and set aside.
Step 3: cut the noodles into long strips, knead them into slender uniform shape, then cut them into small pieces, press them flat, and roll them into thin round pieces with rolling pin.
Step 4: put the mixed stuffing into the dough and make a leek box. (filling: wash leeks, fry eggs and cool them in the air, wash dried rice and control water, blanch dried tofu and control water, chop the above materials, add oil, salt and five spice powder and mix well, but I forgot to take a picture.)
Step 5: brush the oil in the pan, and put the leek box into the pan. Remember to use a brush to brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pot, do not pour oil into the pot, otherwise it will be very greasy. Cauterize it slowly with a small fire.
Step 6: double side soldering to golden.
Step 7: to prevent cauterization, brush a small amount of oil while cauterizing.
Step 8: after double-sided gold soldering, set the box up and solder the side. (don't forget to oil the side first)
Step 9: brand the plate.
Step 10: cut and taste one.
