Introduction:

"Wild vegetables have always been very popular. This time I picked some elm cash vegetables and made several ways to eat them. I like everything. There's some nostalgia in it. Steamed and dipped, it tastes delicious. Put some olive oil, mustard oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and dip in the sauce

Production steps:

Step 1: clean the fresh elm and control the moisture

Step 2: stir with appropriate amount of salt

Step 3: mix the flour until all the leaves are covered with dry powder

Step 4: don't put water in and mix well

Step 5: steam in a boiling water pan while stirring. When out of the pot, add some olive oil, mustard oil, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Dip in the sauce and serve

Materials required:

Flour: right amount

Elm money: right amount

Salt: right amount

Notice: don't cover the pot when steaming. The color will affect the taste
