Steamed dumplings with mushrooms and pork
Introduction:
"The weather is getting hotter and hotter, and the desire to eat dumplings seems to be getting hotter and hotter with the weather. So I simply took advantage of the rest day to make steamed dumplings by myself."
Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Add proper amount of wheat flour in the basin; 2. Beat the eggs into the wheat flour slowly and stir them with chopsticks clockwise while pouring; 3. Mix the salt with water and bring to a boil. Add the boiling brine into the wheat flour slowly and stir them with chopsticks clockwise while pouring. Stir them into snowflakes and cover them tightly for about 10 minutes; 4. Open the lid and knead them into dough 5. Cover with wet gauze and wake up for 30 minutes. Since we don't take photos when making dough, let's make do with it~
Step 2: adjust the sink when you wake up ~ 1 chop the pork, put it into the basin, add chicken essence and salt and stir it until thick; 2 wash the mushrooms and soak them, cut them into small pieces; 3 cut small pieces of ginger into mud; 4 beat the eggs and slowly add the minced meat, stir it until thick, then add a small spoon of oyster sauce and stir it until thick; 5 add the chopped mushrooms and ginger mud into the minced meat and stir it, then add appropriate amount of sugar and raw ginger Stir to make meat stuffing. The above condiments can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
Step 3: 1. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board and rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking; 2. Cut the dough into pieces (about the size of the upper part of the thumb).
Step 4: roll each small piece into a thin skin with uniform thickness.
Step 5: put the dumplings in the steamer for steaming (the steamer should be padded with a layer of steamer or steamer paper).
Step 6: steam the steamer over high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the steam, keep it stuffy for 3 minutes, and lift the lid~
Step 7: a delicious Steamer comes into being ~ ~ once you bite it down, the soup will flow out~~
