Homemade delicious ShaQima
Introduction:
"ShaQima, who always likes to eat xufuji, never gets tired of eating. He never thought that he would make it himself. Last year, he attended a pastry training class to teach self-made ShaQima. It's so simple that you can do it too!"
Production steps:
Step 1: sift the flour
Step 2: add the eggs
Step 3: make a hard dough, wake up for a while, and knead well
Step 4: roll it into a large piece of dough, thin and thick, just like noodles
Step 5: fold, remember to sprinkle more noodles, otherwise it will stick together, not easy to shake open
Step 6: cut into 2-inch-long strips, width, just like leek leaves
Step 7: there are too many noodles. You have to divide them into several groups to roll them out. This is a small group of noodles
Step 8: all cut and knead
Step 9: heat up the oil pan, the oil temperature is about 180 degrees, grab a handful of noodles and throw them in, and you will be scattered
Step 10: deep fry until the color is egg yellow and remove
Step 11: sugar, maltose, water low heat into syrup
Step 12: cook until it is lifted with a shovel. When the last two or three drops are cut, add oil and cook for a while. Turn off the heat
Step 13: pour the fried noodles into the pot, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and quickly stir them evenly. In fact, it's best to use a square container. If I don't have one, I'll make do with this big disk. Oil the basin, pour in the mixed noodles, and flatten them with a shovel
