Production steps:

Step 1: a piece of northern tofu.

Step 2: cut into pieces and blanch with water.

Step 3: blanch Chinese toon.

Step 4: cut the fried Toona sinensis into powder.

Step 5: stir the Chinese toon powder and tofu together, and add salt, chicken essence and sesame oil at the same time.
