Introduction:
"Kiwifruit, which is called 'kiwifruit' by Cantonese people, is rich in vitamin C. A kiwifruit can provide more than twice of a person's daily vitamin C requirement. Production steps:
Step 1: 2 kiwifruit, 1 banana, 1 cup yogurt
Step 2: kiwifruit is also called kiwifruit
Step 3: peel banana and kiwifruit
Step 4: put the mixer in
