Step 2: roll the dough into thin slices and cut it into small pieces about 1.5cm square with a knife.
Step 3: take a sushi curtain and sprinkle a little powder to prevent sticking.
Step 4: start to explain the cat's ear method in detail: with your thumb, press and hold the lower end of the small skin.
