Production steps:

Step 1: cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.

Step 2: add low flour and white granulated sugar, and knead them into coarse corn powder by hand.

Step 3: add the milk, knead into a ball, and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.

Step 4: take out the dough and roll it into 0.2cm slice.

Step 5: put it into the mold, shape and remove the extra dough; prick some small holes on the surface with a fork, cool and relax for 30 minutes.
