Production steps:

Step 1: the materials are as shown in the picture: an egg, soy sauce, a suitable bowl for microwave oven, and a preservation film for microwave oven

Step 2: beat the eggs in a bowl.

Step 3: seal the mouth of the bowl with a fresh-keeping sheet and prick it with a knife or toothpick.

Step 4: then put the bowl in the microwave. The time setting of the microwave oven is the core of this dish. If the eggs are too hard and too short for a long time, they are not cooked. No matter what medium or large fire, there are usually 10s and 1min time settings on the microwave oven. I like to use 40s, so the egg is soft and hard moderate, yolk cooked state. If you like to eat half cooked eggs, set the time to 30s. Xiaomi tried for a lot of time, and finally thought that only 30s and 40s were the most reliable and the best time to eat.
