Homemade jujube paste stuffing
Introduction:
"Originally I wanted to make jujube cake, but I didn't need too many jujubes. Open the jujube bag and have a look. Wow, it's hot. Some jujubes have worms, which can't be left. Just make the remaining jujubes into jujube paste stuffing, and save it for pasta or snack stuffing next time."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak jujube in cold water for one hour and clean it.
Step 2: de nucleation.

Note: when frying jujube paste, be sure to keep the fire low to avoid burning.
