Chinese toon thousand layer cake
Introduction:
"Some of the Toons that I didn't finish last time have been put in the refrigerator. I've been thinking about how to eliminate them these days. Because there is someone in our family who can't smell the Chinese toon, we have to find a way to hide its special strong fragrance. I want to try the method of making a thousand layer cake. I didn't expect that the effect was really good. The special smell of Chinese toon becomes very small. After being fried, the Chinese toon is more like seaweed. The Chinese toon on the surface of the cake turns into a very crispy "seaweed crispy". The Chinese toon on the inner layer has a slight smell of Chinese toon. My husband says it's not so hard to eat. Ha ha, it's really an unexpected result. Finally, the person who didn't want to eat Chinese toon happily put the Chinese toon on the cake. Oh, Lala, Lala With a bowl of two rice porridge (rice and millet), a plate of crisp pickles, and ready-made fruit at home, a breakfast is done! "
Production steps:
Step 1: mix the flour with cold water to make a soft dough, knead it for 5 minutes, and cover it for 10 minutes.
Step 2: take off the old stem of Toona sinensis. After cleaning, blanch it with boiling water, remove and squeeze out the water, and cut it small with a knife.
Step 3: take a spoonful of flour, add a small amount of thirteen spices, heat the oil in the pot, pour the oil on the flour while it is hot, stir it with chopsticks while pouring, and then add an appropriate amount of salt to stir it well to form a thick oil noodles.
Step 4: divide the dough into a piece of appropriate size and roll it into a thin square piece.
Step 5: evenly brush a layer of oil surface made in step 3.
Step 6: spread a layer of Chinese Toon Leaves and gently press them with your hands.
Step 7: fold the dough like a folding fan. Don't fold it too wide.
Step 8: with one side of the Toon facing in, gently tear the folded dough while tightly rolling it up and closing it tightly.
Step 9: flatten the rolled surface with the palm of your hand.
Step 10: use a rolling pin to gently roll thin. When rolling, turn over and roll evenly.
Step 11: put a little oil into the pan or frying pan. After the oil is slightly hot, put in the rolled pancake, cover it and heat it over low heat.
Step 12: turn over one side after frying until both sides are golden, then the cake is cooked, and you can eat it while it is hot.
