Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials: Luffa, oil tofu

Step 2: Luffa cutting hob block

Step 3: put proper amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 60-70%. Stir fry Luffa

Step 4: when loofah becomes soft, add oil tofu and stir fry, then add salt chicken essence to make it out of the pot

Materials required:

Luffa: 1

Oily tofu: right amount

Salt: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Note: towel gourd is easy to turn black, stir fry with low heat, or put a little salt after cutting, it won't turn black!
