Jishan Mahua is a traditional food popular in southern Shanxi and Xi'an, Shaanxi, which is usually divided into crisp Mahua and ordinary dry Mahua. Among them, Jishan "Zhao's siweifang" Mahua is famous in the Qin and Jin Dynasties for its exquisite materials and fine workmanship. The Mahua fried in "Zhao's siweifang" mainly has four kinds of taste and various tastes, namely, grain fragrance, refreshing sweetness, crispy to the mouth and home crispy. It's refreshing, sweet but not greasy. It's soft in the crispy mouth. It's crispy and gluten at home.
