Zhu zanci is a traditional folk literature form of Mongolian nomads in northern China. Including congratulation and praise, collectively referred to as "Congratulation".

Xinjiang Mongolian praise is widely spread among the weilat Mongolian herdsmen in 25 counties of Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Tacheng region, Altay region, Hami region and Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture. HEBUKESEL Autonomous County is one of the important areas where the eulogy spread.

Zhu's eulogy originated from labor, and was the oral creation of Mongolian hunters and herdsmen. Most of the ancient congratulatory and eulogizing words are praises to heaven and earth, mountains and rivers, natural things, and praying and blessing to fishing, hunting and animal husbandry. With the development of social production, people gradually have a better understanding of nature, and the folk praise words have gradually faded from the color of primitive religion, replaced by a direct description of labor production and praise of the fruits of labor and daily life.

Zhu Zan CI evolved from shaman sacrificial Ci at first. It was chanted by a specific person in a specific environment, through a specific etiquette and custom. Zhuzan CI has gone through the long river of time with Mongolian people. Today, it still shows extremely strong vitality. It is the need of Mongolian social life.

Zhu zanci is the source of Mongolian lyric poetry. Today, we can still feel its melody in modern and Contemporary Mongolian poetry. The eulogy is the embodiment of Mongolian People's love for life, full of positive spirit and good wishes. It gives people encouragement and hope, and promotes people to live actively and make constant progress.

With the acceleration of social development and modernization process, Xinjiang Mongolian praise words can be seen in pastoral areas, but there are few cities, the survival situation is not optimistic, and need to be excavated and protected.
