After the second year of Longqing in the Ming Dynasty, the artists of Yangjiabu New Year pictures founded four art shops, namely "Hengshun", "tongshuntang", "wanzengcheng" and "Tianheyong". During the Qianjia period of the Qing Dynasty, Yangjiabu woodcut New Year pictures began to flourish, and reached its peak in Xianfeng Period.
