Introduction to Taijiquan (Yang's Taijiquan)

Yongnian County is located in the south of Hebei Province, 15 kilometers away from Handan city. Yongnian Yang's Taijiquan was created by Guangfu Yang luchan in the reign of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty, and originated in Guangfu ancient city of Yongnian County. Since then, more than 30 master boxers such as Yang banhou, Yang Chengfu and Yang Zhenming have appeared in Yongnian County, and they have been honored as "Taiji Holy Land".

Yang luchan went out to study martial arts for 18 years. He realized the essence of all kinds of martial arts, and had a deep understanding of Tai Chi, Bagua and other fitness skills. He created the 108 style Yongnian Yang's Taijiquan based on Chen's old frame, and then he went home to teach martial arts. The inheritance context of this boxing is clear, there are many celebrities in history, and there are many practitioners at home and abroad. Yang's Taijiquan is now mainly distributed in Shanghai, Beijing, Sichuan, Xi'an, Hebei, Guangdong, Hainan and more than 80 overseas countries and regions.

Yang's Taijiquan has an outstretched frame and a rigorous structure. It moves from loose to soft, and combines hardness with softness. Its body method is outstanding. It includes chest and back. It takes waist as the axis. It follows up and down, and combines inside and outside. It is comfortable, relaxed, natural, light and calm. Yongnian Yang's Taijiquan includes two aspects: one is Taijiquan routine, which mainly includes big, medium and small frame, fast frame, 32 short fight, etc.; the other is Yang's Taijiquan equipment, which mainly includes Taijijian, taijidao, taiji13, etc.

Yongnian Yang's Taijiquan shows the artistry of human body culture, which is suitable for all ages to practice. It is beneficial to enhance the people's physique. Practitioners adhere to the traditional Chinese martial arts spirit of emphasizing morality in the handout according to their requirements, and play a positive role in enhancing the cohesion, self-confidence and pride of the Chinese nation.

At present, there are fewer and fewer people practicing Yongnian Yang's Taiji. Taijiquan routines and techniques are degenerating. Only a few people can practice some Taijiquan techniques. The prospect is worrying, so we need to protect them.
