Introduction to Cangzhou Wushu (liuhequan)
Applicant: Botou City, Hebei Province
Liuhequan originated in Botou, Cangzhou, and passed down to Cao Zhenpeng in Balizhuang, Botou red star. It is said that Cao Zhenpeng was passed down to Zhang Ming, a knight of the late Wanli period (1620).
Liuhe boxing takes Liuhe as its theoretical basis and technical core. According to the liuhequan spectrum, the four sides are called Yu, and the four sides are called Zhou from ancient times to present, and the East, West, north, South and North are called Liuhe. According to the basic theory of boxing, Yin, Yang, rise, fall, move and static are coordinated, and the heart and mind, mind and Qi, Qi and force, hand and foot, elbow and knee, shoulder and crotch are coordinated. If the Liuhe is used freely, the strength can be sent to the feet, legs, hips, waist and hips Shoulder, open in the hand is called six joint strength. During the drill, the mind is the first, the shape is random, the posture is accompanied, and the hardness and softness are combined. In the actual combat, we should pay attention to the attack after the attack. We should combine the attack with the attack, make the attack with the defense, and make the attack with the defense. The moves are flexible and changeable, and the attack and defense are coordinated.
At present, the eight generations of liuhequan have won awards in the world, national, provincial and municipal Wushu competitions, which has made new contributions to the development of liuhequan and Cangzhou Wushu.
