Brief introduction to Tianjin Shidiao
Applicant: Tianjin
Tianjin Shidiao is a representative kind of Xiaoqu in northern China. The performance is performed by one or two people standing and singing in the festival, and accompanied by big Sanxian and Sihu. Tianjin Shidiao originated from Xiaoqu of Ming and Qing Dynasties, and was formed and popular in Tianjin city in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. Its tunes are very rich, including many local folk tunes in Tianjin and tunes flowing into Tianjin from other places, such as backer tune, Yuanyang tune and dazuzi, which are popular in Tianjin, and some folk tunes flowing into Tianjin from other places, such as laha tune, Qinlou Beiqiu tune, Wugeng, stepmother beating child, Qiangan Jieyu tune, Duhua tune and Shibei tune Wine, etc., with a strong local flavor.
Tianjin Shidiao was first popular in Nanshi, Hedong tunnel, bird market in Hongqiao District, Heping District and other quyi performance places where the bottom citizens gathered in Tianjin. It gradually declined in the 1930s and 1940s. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the "backer tune" has been successfully reformed, making it the main singing tune and creating many excellent programs. In the early period of the "Cultural Revolution", Tianjin tunes once again fell into crisis. After the reform and opening up, they regained their vitality and became more and more prosperous. Some traditional tunes and repertoires resumed. However, in recent years, the development of Tianjin fashion is facing a severe test, and there is a survival crisis to some extent, which needs urgent support and rescue.
